Its Easy! How to Order Your Custom Alien Ears Monitors 1. Place Your Order Order online or by phone. Choose your colors, options, and any customizations. 2. Impression Kit Selection If you need a free impression kit, it will be automatically selected at checkout. ? Be sure to watch the impression video before getting started: Alien Ears Impression Guide 3. Visiting an Audiologist? Download and bring the Audiologist Take-Along Sheet to ensure the best possible ear impressions. 4. After You Order You’ll receive an email with your order details and instructions. Print this email—it must be included with your impressions when you send them to our lab. 5. Send Your Impressions If you received a kit: make your impressions at home. If you already have impressions: package them with the printed email and ship them to the address on your form. ? You only pay for return shipping of your impressions to the lab. We cover the cost of shipping your finished monitors back to you! 6. Confirmation & Production Once we receive your impressions, we’ll email you to confirm everything is in order. We’ll then begin crafting your custom monitors—typically completed within 3–5 weeks (often sooner). You’ll get tracking info as soon as your package ships. 7. Enjoy the Sound of Victory Your impressions are returned, your monitors arrive, and you finally hear yourself clearly on stage. Cue the celebration. You might even feel inspired to name your firstborn after us (though “Alien” might raise eyebrows )
