How do I receive service

Note: If you are returning a wireless unit for repair, please call us first.

Fit Issues

  • Warranty remolds are available for 30 days from the date you received your monitors.
  • If your monitors are too big, we can reduce their size without a full remold.
  • If they’re too small, we can build up the seal points.
  • It’s always best to send your impressions along with your monitors, just in case.

Cord and Socket Issues

  • If the issue is with the cord (and not the socket), please purchase a new cord.
  • If you suspect a socket issue on one side, try swapping the left cord to right and vice versa, if the problem moves to the other side it is a socket issue. 
  • Socket repairs are covered under your 1-year warranty.

Distortion or Buzzing

  • Check the sound bores (holes) for earwax or debris. Even a small amount can cause distortion or buzzing.

Additional Notes

  • Do not send units in a hard-shelled tour case.
  • Cords are not needed for repairs.
  • If your monitors are cutting in and out or not functioning, try swapping the cord to confirm whether the cord is the issue.
  • If only one monitor is malfunctioning, you may send in just that monitor. We do not need the cord.

Once we receive your repair, you will be notified by email that it is in-house and being processed. Repairs are completed in the order they are received. We understand you need your monitors for gigs and will work to get them back to you as quickly as possible.
